Once your design is approved, we will begin processing and preparing your order for dispatch.

If the proof is not approved, we may proceed with the design as originally provided, or your order may be delayed, which could affect delivery times.

Order timeline:
Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, we will send you a design proof for approval.
You must approve the design before we can proceed with production.
Once approved, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
2. Delivery Service
We use reliable UK courier partners for all deliveries.
Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch (subject to courier delays).
A tracking link will be provided once your order has been shipped.
3. Free Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
Free delivery is available only within the UK mainland.
There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free delivery.
Free delivery does not apply to remote or non-mainland locations, as courier surcharges apply to these areas.
4. Postcodes With Additional Courier Surcharges
Some postcode areas incur additional delivery charges set by the courier due to their location.
