Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we aim to produce your item as same as possible to the images shown on our website. However, slight differences may occur due to screen resolution, colour settings, and the quality of the artwork provided. These minor variations are normal and do not affect the overall quality of the finished product.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive an email from our store. All the required information including Design will be there.

How do I place a custom order?

Simply choose your product, upload your design or add your custom text, and place your order. After checkout, we’ll prepare a design proof for your approval before production begins.

Will I receive a design proof before production?

Yes. We will send you a digital design proof within 1–2 working days after your order is placed. Production starts only after you approve the proof.

Can I request changes to the design proof?

Absolutely. You can request reasonable edits to your design proof. We’ll update the design and resend it for approval before moving forward.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once you approve the design:

  • Dispatch: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery: 2–4 working days (UK mainland)
    Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier services.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free delivery within the UK mainland with no minimum purchase requirement.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No. At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Are there any delivery surcharges?

Some remote (within mainland) or non-mainland UK postcodes may incur additional courier charges. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a surcharge applies.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or changed before the design proof is approved. Once approved and production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
