Because our products are custom-made, orders begin production only after you approve the design proof.

Once your order is placed:
Within 1–2 working days, we will send you a design proof for approval.

You must confirm the proof for us to proceed.
Once approved, we will dispatch your order within 1 working day.
Working days: Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

2. Delivery Service
We use standard delivery services through reliable UK courier partners.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch (subject to courier delays).
A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped.

We offer free delivery for customers in the UK mainland only
Free delivery does not apply to remote or non-mainland locations listed below, as couriers charge additional fees for those areas.
