We are proud to be one of the first UK custom-product businesses to offer free delivery within the UK mainland with no minimum purchase requirement.
Please note that we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

This Delivery Policy outlines our order processing times, delivery methods, and details of any additional courier charges that may apply.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

As all our products are custom-made, production begins only after you approve your design proof.

Order timeline:

• Within 1–2 working days of placing your order, we will send you a design proof for approval.

• You must approve the design before we can proceed with production.

• Once approved, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

2. Delivery Service

• We use reliable UK courier partners for all deliveries.

• Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch (subject to courier delays).

• A tracking link will be provided once your order has been shipped.

3. Free Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

• Free delivery is available only within the UK mainland.

• There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free delivery.

• Free delivery does not apply to remote or non-mainland locations, as courier surcharges apply to these areas.

4. Postcodes With Additional Courier Surcharges

Some postcode areas incur additional delivery charges set by the courier due to their location.
If your postcode falls into one of these areas, an extra charge will apply.
